The Problem
New supervisors requested refresher training – something they could access “just in time” -- to help them prepare for an upcoming feedback discussion or performance planning session.
Prometheus Approach/Solution
We created an online module that was available to supervisors and managers anywhere, anytime.
The program reviewed key content on giving performance feedback, steps in the process, appropriate wording, etc.
As part of the program, a Manager’s Challenge put the manager into a series of feedback conversations. We used branching techniques to illustrate the consequences of choosing various feedback options.

Managers/supervisors can choose how much of the training they need to complete.
Manager’s Challenge brings feedback options to life, showing real consequences of choosing various options. These scenarios also show a path for getting a conversation back on track if it begins to go wrong.
