The ADDIE model is the step-by-step Instructional Design process that we use to manage custom training projects.
ADDIE's focus is on learning, but it also has a lot in common with TQM and Project Management models. Like those models, it starts out by establishing measurable business goals, and ends by measuring to make sure your goals have been achieved.
