What is a Training Kit?

The Training Kit provides your instructor with materials and instructions for presenting a complete training course, including:

Instructor Guide. Detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to present course material, run discussion sessions, debrief case studies and conduct exercises. The Instructor Guide also includes:

Activities and Scenario Exercises. A number of exercise formats are used to reinforce the training points and help managers see how to use the concepts in their real-world jobs. Detailed positioning and debriefing instructions are included.

On-the-Job Tools. Worksheets are included to help managers transfer their learning back to the workplace.

Slides. Presentation slides contain key content points for the course.

Student Notes. Memory jogger format makes it easy for participants to retain key points without extensive note-taking. Includes copies of all worksheets, activities, and scenarios to be used during the course presentation.

Test and Answer Key. Optional 15-question test checks for retention of key points from the training program. Answer key also provided.
